Traffic stats for the website seemed odd for the month. January started off as the best month so far. First week traffic more than doubled. The second and third week saw a dramatic drop that caused me concern. And the final week picked up to levels that were seen in December and early January.

Overall, the site saw marginal growth of 10-15%. I’m content with the growth as there will be a point when the growth levels off.

My top 5 commenters were:

  1. Kimanzi Constable
  2. Jeff Randleman
  3. Brandon Butler
  4. TC Avey
  5. Joe Abraham

Please take a minute and visit their sites. Each one has a unique talent and gifting. I am sure you will find something you will enjoy.

Finally, I ran a contest on the site giving away two assessment codes for the StandOut Assessment. The winners were Kimanzi Constable and Dan Black. I hope the assessment will help you in becoming better leaders.

Question: If you blog, what was your top post for January? Why do you think this happened? If you do not blog, what was your favorite post for the month? Please share your answers in the comment section below.
