Invest in Your Recovery
The main thing to focus on when you’re off work! After all, if you’re looking after yourself and getting some rest, you won’t need to take a break again quite so soon. So eat well and set a bedtime!

Don’t Be Afraid to Outsource
If you’re a one-person business, and you can’t stop fretting about how your company may fare during your time off, think about outsourcing. If you want new blog content to go up, hire a freelancer for the week. If you want your Instagram to thrive, hire a social media manager to check in with clients and answer comments or DMs.
This is a short-term cost you won’t really have to worry about, and you could still be making good money during the time you’re away. Think about it: a scenario like this really can be a win-win!
