Many people in America believe slavery has been abolished and is no longer happening. That couldn’t be further from the truth.

    They are also trafficked from the U.S.  I know there has been some problems in the small town of Selah, Washington just miles from where I live.

      Dan, that’s true. There are many people who are trafficked to and from the U.S. It’s such a sad fact. Thankfully there are organizations that are working towards ending this travesty domestically as well.

      Me too Jon. But with twisted people comes twisted actions. Thankfully, like I said to Dan, there are organizations that are dedicated to wiping it out.

    Living in South Florida, I was shocked to learn of its existence in my own back yard. I know the church I attend is raising awareness and taking action.

    I know Compassion International is another group that is working to combat this tragic and serious issue.

      It’s crazy how prevalent it is without us knowing about it. Compassion is a great organization that does awesome work. Have you seen the movie Trade of Innocents? It’s gives a sobering picture of what’s happening.
