Movie Review: October Baby

My wife and I were invited to a free preview screening of a movie that will release on Friday, March 23rd, 2012.

That movie is October Baby.

The movie, October Baby, tells the story of Hannah, a young woman who collapses during a theatrical play.

After countless medical tests, the results come back. Her health problems are due to her difficult birth.

Along with this truth, she learns that she had been adopted after a failed abortion attempt. This news sends Hannah on a search to find her birth mother and her true identity.

If after watching the movie you feel something like this couldn’t happen, you’re wrong. October Baby is loosely based on the true life story of Gianna Jessen.

I enjoyed the overall storyline of the movie. It seemed to flow naturally and was entertaining.
