Count Your Marbles

I recently read a story about marbles. I thought my blog readers would also love to read it. The story gives us a lot to think about. Read the story and then keep reading to read some of my thoughts.

The older I get, the more I enjoy Saturday mornings. Perhaps it’s the quiet solitude that comes with being the first to rise, or maybe it’s the unbounded joy of not having to be at work. Either way, the first few hours of a Saturday morning are most enjoyable.

A few weeks ago, I shuffled toward the kitchen with a steaming cup of coffee in one hand and the morning paper in the other. What began as a typical Saturday morning became one of those lessons that life seems to hand you from time to time. Let me tell you about it.

There will come a time when your business’s products will start to decline in sales. This could be for several reasons: the product might have become outdated, it might not meet the needs of today’s consumers, newer and more innovative products might simply overshadow it. When this happens, taking action and reviving your business’s products is important! This blog post will discuss three product revival strategies that you can use to breathe new life into your old products and increase sales.

1) Repositioning;

Repositioning your product is all about changing the way that it is marketed and presented to consumers. This could involve changes to the packaging, the messaging, or even the target market. For example, if your product is no longer selling well among young adults, you might consider repositioning it as a product for seniors.

Quotes And Leadership Lessons From DC League of Super-Pets

A Reel Leadership Article

My latest book, Reel Leadership, is now available on Amazon. If you love movies and leadership, you will love this book.

DC League of Super-Pets is an animated adventure centering around the pets of DC superheroes. We get to meet Krypto (Dwayne Johnson) as he is Superman’s (John Krasinski) best friend. After Superman is captured, Krypto is forced to team up with superpowered shelter pets Ace (Kevin Hart), Merton (Natasha Lyonne), Chip (Diego Luna), and PB (Vanessa Bayer).

The film is more enjoyable than I thought it would be. It is a tale of friendship and learning to rely on others.

When it comes to building up a strong and successful business it takes a lot of time and effort to do so. It can take years to build up a business but only hours or days to bring it crashing down, when you have spent so much time and effort on something the last thing you want is for it to be destroyed because your business was not kept safe and secure. Keeping a business safe and secure means protecting your customers, your business, and your staff.
