For this month, I am focusing on the best leadership and personal development books to develop yourself. These book recommendations will help you become a better leader and, more importantly, a better person.

You don’t have to read all five of these books, but I recommend you pick up at least one or two and study them. They will have you growing, maturing, and becoming better.

5 Christmas Books Leaders Should Read In December 2022

With Christmas just around the corner, I thought it would be great to change up the book recommendations for the month of December. Instead of being specifically leadership-focused, these books will inspire and encourage leaders through the season of Advent and Christmas.

I chose these books specifically for you because I know how difficult the Christmas season can be. Whether the struggle is personal, relational, or related to your role as a leader, we need these reprieves to help us recover.

Use these books to dig deep into faith, relationships, and yourself.

I’ve been introduced many great authors and concepts. I’m learning about topics that were never taught (or I don’t remember) during my school years.

Today, my list may be a bit different. Sure, there will be a true leadership book or two in the list while the rest will help you understand people better.
