I can’t tell you how excited I was to see the new, live-action Lion King movie. The Lion King was a favorite movie of mine and to see it brought to life seemed like a no-brainer.
Oh… how wrong I was.
The latest Disney animated movie to be brought to life didn’t wow and engage like their previous effort, Aladdin. Instead, Pam and I sat bored in the theater watching this trainwreck of a movie.
The new Lion King felt uninspired and thrown together. Nothing truly caught my attention and I was disappointed because of this.

Giant monsters fighting one another. A compelling human story. And learning to work together. This is what the new Godzilla is all about.
Continuing from the 2014 Godzilla movie, Godzilla: King Of The Monsters introduces all new characters. Each character has a unique story.

Then there’s Jonah Alan (Charles Dance) who wants to awaken all of the Titans. You can’t forget about the Monarch agents: Dr. Ishiro Serizawa (Ken Watanabe), Dr. Rick Stanton (Bradley Whitford), Dr. Ilene Chen (Ziyi Zhang), Dr. Vivienne Graham (Sally Hawkins), and Sam Coleman (Thomas Middleditch). They desired to monitor the Titans and use them to help humanity. Read more...

Things quickly go from good to bad to worse as John and Holly’s conversation becomes unproductive and terrorists storm the Plaza.
Die Hard is filled with action and violence. There’s a lot of foul language (it’s bad but the movie is SOOOO good). And plenty of leadership lessons in Die Hard. Read more...
