Wow, I truly can’t believe we’re already entering into the 6th month of the year. It seems like yesterday was January 1st and we were starting a new year. Now we’re almost halfway through that new year.
How are you progressing in your leadership? Have you begun to make or have you made a difference in the life of those you lead? That’s a question we should always be asking ourselves.
We should also spend time reflecting on what’s working and what’s not. Remember, that’s the reason I share what I’m about to share with you. I’m reflecting on the past month so I can learn from what my Google Analytics are telling me.

There were some really fun posts I wrote last month. Those were the superhero movie related posts. From the results, it looks like you guys really enjoyed them as well.
I’m also stoked but saddened to see The Toughest Decision I’ve Had To Make appears in the top ten. Mid-June will be the one year mark since we had to put him to rest. This has made the past year really difficult and I still struggle with it every day.

This month was the battle month for commenters. There was a battle between the new Dan (Knight) and the old Dan (Black) with the new contender winning out. There was also a three-way battle of the Jons!
We also seen a few new commenters this month. So, I thank you all for your comments and the wisdom you added to the conversations.
There’s also a special commenter this month, Amber-Lee Dibble. She’s from Pioneer Outfitters and this group has faced an extremely difficult year. To top it off, their pilot’s plane caught on fire and they have had to resort to shipping in food and life necessities at 40 cents a pound. This adds up quickly! Amber-Lee has created an Indie-Gogo campaign to help with getting a new plane. Would you consider helping these fine folks out by donating here?

I never expected to see this type of increase on the blog. The traffic has started to come in hard and heavy this past month.
Looking through the analytics, I see a few reasons why and I’m looking forward to bringing more of these types of posts to the blog.

Not much new has been happening on the home front or for the blog. Though there is one thing.
I had planned for a new giveaway for new subscribers. I’m still planning for the free giveaway but have changed directions on what it will be.
I don’t want to reveal too much right now as it’s nowhere near ready but I think you’ll like it. The new giveaway will be another free eBook and will be a bit more fun and playful. I look forward to getting it out to you and seeing what you think!
