On Becoming An Anonymous Leader With Ralph Mayhew – Answers From Leadership Podcast Episode 017

Today’s Answers From Leadership podcast guest is Ralph Mayhew. Ralph lives in what must be the best place on the planet, the Gold Coast.

He’s an Associate Pastor in one of the largest Uniting Churches in Australia, Newlife. He’s been there for eight years and works with a great team of leaders. Prior to this life, he was the Pastor of a group of three wonderful churches in rural Victoria, and before that a Youth Pastor in a regional church.

Ralph’s also just finished authoring his first book titled, The Anonymous Leader.

Leon is the former chief executive officer of Vistage Worldwide, an international peer advisory group for business leaders. During his time at Vistage, Shapiro developed and implemented a long-term strategy to refocus the business on the support of the Chair and member network, invigorated and expanded Vistage’s brand, and leverage the global power of the Vistage community.

Book Review: Tales of the Everyday Workingman (& Woman)

Many people are tired of their jobs and careers. Kimanzi Constable is too. But he has a dream.

His dream is to move with his family to Hawaii. To create books that you will grow and prosper from. And to build his coaching career.

Kimanzi approached me a few months ago and asked me to review his book, Tales of the Everyday Workingman (and Woman). I agreed and must say that I was pleased with the book.

In his book, he relates the struggles he has had in his careers. Whether it be the long hours, the pay, or the consequences of his actions. He lays it all out for you to see.
