Dog Gone is a heart-warming, true story. Based on the real-life events of Fielding Marshall (Johnny Berchtold) and his Golden Retriever dog Gonker, your heartstrings will be pulled, twisted, and reunited.

While out on the Appalachian Trail, Gonker takes off after a fox. Fielding and his friend, Nate (Nick Peine), look furiously for the lost 6-year-old dog. They eventually give up for the night and head home.

Fielding knew time was not on their side. Gonker had Addison’s Disease. Without treatment, his beloved companion would die.

Dog Gone tells the story of Fielding as he searches for his dog. He’s joined on the journey by his father, John Marshall (Rob Lowe), his mother, Ginny Marshall (Kimberly Williams-Paisley), and people from around the world.

Quotes And Leadership Lessons From Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween

R.L. Stine’s Goosebump book series was once again brought to life in Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween. Once again, an R.L. Stine manuscript wreaks havoc in a small town. This time, the town is Wardenclyffe, New York. The town Nikola Tesla built the Wardenclyffe Tower.

When two boys, Sonny Quinn (Jeremy Ray Taylor) and Sam (Caleel Harris) discover a magical book. The magical book would awaken a ventriloquist’s dummy called Slappy the Dummy (Mick Wingert).

Slappy is looking for a family. More specifically, Slappy desires a mother figure in his life.

Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween brings to life the children books you may have read in your youth. While it’s not a great movie, it’s definitely a movie you could watch with your children and enjoy.

Toy Story has been a favorite movie of mine for as long as I can remember. Watching the story of toys come to life reminds me of childhood and how I used to play with toys. I’m sure I imagine I used to think my toys could come to life when I wasn’t around. I mean, what kid didn’t?

This is part of the charm of the Toy Story movies. The story is relatable to every child and child-at-heart. But that’s not the only thing that makes Toy Story great.

Quotes And Leadership Lessons From Captive State

Captive State, directed by Rupert Wyatt, is a science fiction movie set in Chicago 10 years after an alien occupation. The citizens of Chicago (and the world) are following orders from their alien overlords. This soon begins to change as a Resistance rises up once more.

Starring John Goodman as William Mulligan, Ashton Sanders as Gabriel Drummond, Johnathan Majors as Rafe Drummond, and Vera Farmiga as Jane Doe, Captive State reminded a lot of M. Night Shyamalan’s 10 Cloverfield Lane, also starring John Goodman. This isn’t a bad feel for the movie. It also gives this film in the science fiction genre a different feel.

The original The Lego Movie spawned multiple other Lego movies recently released a sequel. The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part continues the story of Finn (Jadon Sand) and his Lego land of wonder.

In the sequel, Finn’s Legos are attacked by strange, alien creatures who want to destroy the wonderous Lego land in his basement. The aliens attack and eat a heart one of the Lego characters had created. Thus, begins their descent into the desolate Wasteland.
