Everyone wants to live a life worth living. So few people actually feel like they accomplished this goal.
They, instead, live a life of mediocrity. They punch the time clock and go about their daily activities. By the end of the day, they no longer have the energy to make something out of their lives.
Have you been there? Do you ever feel this way?
I have… Even recently.
We all have these feelings of inferiority or our lives don’t matter. These are mental battles we have to fight on a daily basis. The battles telling us we don’t matter and we’re wasting our lives.
Fight The Battle
You’ve got to pick up your weapons if you want to win the battle of your mind. If you truly want to transform your life.
The battlefield of your mind is the place to start. To fight the battle.
The battle you’re facing isn’t one of flesh and blood. Your battle for transformation is mental and spiritual.
You’re going to struggle with feeling unworthy. Dirty. Maybe even unlovable.
These unflattering thoughts you’re thinking are what’s keeping you from transforming your life.
How To Transform Your Life
You know you want to change. You just don’t know how to implement the change in your life.
To begin with, you’ve got to find more balance in your life. Balance can bring a sense of calm to your life you haven’t experienced before. Balance helps you feel centered and grounded.
Work towards finding ways to balance your life. When you do, you’ll be much better off.
Next, you have to look at who you’re hanging with. Look at whether or not they’re a positive or negative influence on your life.
You know what you have to do here. You have to make a choice of whether or not you want to spend a large amount of time with negative people or positive people. Make the right choice here.
Lastly, you have to look at what you can do to improve yourself. There’s a multitude of things you can do here.
Find classes that bring a new sense of adventure (my wife is currently looking at glass blowing classes). Go on an outdoor adventure (you know how much I love to ice climb in Michigan). Or take a weekend experiencing what your local area has to offer.
Taking these small steps will begin to transform your life. You’ll see life through a new lens. You’ll soon feel like a new person.
However, there’s a caution to this. You have to continually work on yourself and what you surround yourself with. If you keep doing the same things or return to the things of old, you’ll no longer be transformed.
