If you are curious as to why your start-up isn’t getting any customers, then you may be frustrated at not seeing the results you’re looking for. If this is the case, then you are not alone. So many company owners are in the position that you are in, but there are things that you can do to try and turn things around.

Missing your Product-Market Fit

Product-market fit is the biggest reason why a lot of companies happen to fail. If you know that the product that you are offering is simply not aligned with the wants or even the needs of your audience, then it doesn’t matter how good your marketing efforts are. It doesn’t even matter how good your sales team is either because you will not be able to attract the right customers to make your business sustainable.

So, you’re thinking of opening a pharmacy. That’s great! The pharmacy industry is booming, and there’s always room for another player in the market. But before you open your doors for business, there are a few things you need to have in place. So, here’s a list of things your pharmacy should have before it opens its doors to customers.

Permits and Licenses

Before opening your doors, you must have all the necessary permits and licenses. The requirements vary depending on your location, so research what you need to operate legally.

A Business Plan

This may seem like a no-brainer, but you’d be surprised how many people try to open a business without a solid plan in place. Your business plan doesn’t have to be hundreds of pages long, but it should outline your goals, strategies, and financial projections for the business. Without a dream, it’s tough to make your business successful.

Quotes And Leadership Lessons From Scooby-Doo: The Movie

A Reel Leadership Article

My latest book, Reel Leadership, is now available on Amazon. If you love movies and leadership, you will love this book.

Scooby-Doo! Where are you?!?

It’s a phrase young and old have heard for generations. Scooby-Doo has been a part of our culture since 1969.

In 2002, the live-action Scooby-Doo movie (get your copy here), directed by Raja Gosnell and screenplay by James Gunn, was released. It starred Matthew Lillard as Shaggy, Freddie Prinze Jr. as Freddie, Sarah Michelle Gellar as Daphne, Linda Cardellini as Velma, and Neil Fanning as the voice of Scooby.

While not the greatest movie in the world, Scooby-Doo is a fun and entertaining film. It captures the heart and feel of the original animated series while bringing it to life.

Even better, you can watch this new classic during the Halloween spooky season. That’s what I did and I encourage you to give it a go during this month.

3 Questions To Ask If You Want To Build Integrity

I was recently reading an excerpt from John Maxwell’s book Developing the Leader Within You. In one of the chapters, he writes about the difference between image-building and integrity-building. These questions really struck me.

I believe integrity is the key to being a great leader. The outward appearance, looking good, and other actions aren’t what make a leader. A leader has to be integrious first and foremost.

How do you put integrity first? John Maxwell had three questions in three areas you could ask yourself. I believe these questions will help you become a more integrity-led leader.

3 Questions To Ask If You Want To Build Integrity

1. Consistency: Are you the same person no matter who you are with?:

Leaders with integrity are consistent. They do what they say, do it repeatedly, and they don’t change based on the people they are around. Being consistent is easy to say but challenging to practice.

Do Just A Little

Our tasks can seem so daunting. We’ve got to clean the whole house. The financial statements must be completed. Or we have to lose 40 pounds.

Wow…

When you think about the whole, the issues before us seem so monumental. We don’t know how we’re going to get things done.

Let me tell you. You can get things done by doing just a little.

Do Just A Little

You may not have the time or energy to get everything on your list done. But, what if I told you, you probably have enough time to accomplish just a little piece of your to-do list?

Would you be willing to do just a little? Or would you brush off the little as not enough?

We love to say that doing a little isn’t worth the while. I want to tell you that just a little is more than doing nothing.
