Nick Vujicic has had to overcome more than most of us ever will have. He was born without limbs. Yet he lives an extraordinary life.

    It’s challenging to come up with a struggle after you see Nick’s story.  One of my biggest struggles in recent years has been related to some health challenges that my wife has faced.

      Nick can really put our struggles and frustrations into perspective. I know, after hearing his story, mine pale in comparison.

    Getting over my fear of public speaking has been my biggest struggle. It’s nothing compared to Nick’s story:) I’ll have to check out the book.

      They say more people fear public speaking than dying. You’re in the majority for that one!

    Where shall I begin?  My greatest struggles are:
    • Asking for help.
    • Finding the right person to ask for help.
    • Moving into new social environments.
    • Finding the right social environments.
    • Determining what my needs are and obtaining them.
    • Feeling like everyone else is more sociable and successful and therefore being shy to ask for help from them, because they’ve gotten successful in those areas much earlier in life, while I still feel stuck.
    • Feeling unworthy of love and acceptance.
    • Refusing acceptance and love from people who seem manipulative and popular.

    Wow… I love Nick. I can’t wait to see him at the R12 conference in a few weeks! I’m hoping my Press Pass will allow me to get some ‘behind the scenes’ time with him!
